Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the refund and cancellation terms for purchased services and subscriptions.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and the next period is not charged.

For project-based services, refund terms are set in the relevant contract based on the start status and completion rate of the work.

Payments are collected via Paddle (Merchant of Record). Refund requests are processed in line with Paddle's procedures.
